I bought a refurbished Cisco Linksys E2500 Router in December last year. It didnt work after purchasing and when contacted the customer support within warranty period they ran all diagnostics and informed me that the router is perfectly alright and there is issue with my broadband provider. I constantly haggled with my broadband provider and after it didnt work changed my connection from Reliance to ACT broadband.
Still it didnt work and after that Cisco support says it is problem with internet port of the router and now since the router is out of the warranty of 90 days they cannot either replace or fix the router and have stopped responding to calls. First pathetic product and then pathetic customer support.
I had paid a lot to buy branded product like Cisco but the experience is horrible.
