I bought this mouse in April 2018 after my Red dragon gaming mouse died out on me. I could not believe how much better it felt as soon as I plugged it in and started testing it out playing fortnite. Yes I primarily use the mouse I own to play fortnite, as it is a very fast paced game and requires a lot of buttons to keep up.
My immediate first impression was how fast the response was of my mouse actions in game. There was no input lag whatsoever. The cursor moves as soon the mouse is moved and stops exactly where I want it to with no overshoot. Keep in mind that for optimum performance, one must adjust their own sensitivity and dpi. Also turn off mouse acceleration in game and go with raw input.
The buttons also feel good. They are very clicky and have a nice travel distance. Logitech also offers a lot of customisation to their buttons through their native software which is a huge bonus for gamers.
The mouse is also well shaped in that our palm rests wonderfully on it to get a natural hold while gaming.
I also appreciate that it is very stealthily designed. I have never been a fan of flashy computer apparels as I find them distracting. There is only one logitech logo at the top middle which lights up in blue and you can customise its brightness or turn it off altogether.
The only downside I would say is that this mouse is a bit on the heavy side. It takes sometime getting used to moving around if you are used to using an ultra light mouse. Your wrists may tire out. It takes time getting used to but definitely worth the effort.
I would highly recommend this mouse to beginner and veteran gamers alike.
