A very pathetic services from MTS I have ever seen, while purchasing they promised I will get around 8plus something speed under 3G for 10GB. But the day this is activate I am not getting speed more then 100kbps.
Sometime even below 50kpbs.
I tried to watch a small video of 4min for testing which took more then 30min.
Raised the complaint twice but every time they closed it by saying that "we called you but you didnt pickup the call".
But I am 100%sure they never called me, the helpdesk team is even more worst they dont know how to resolve the issue, they only know 2-3 steps for increasing the speed like(temp file deletion/browsing history deletion).
Dont go for MTS MBLAZ.
