I had an MTS dongle wifi connection, At the time of taking connection, they had offered me 40GB unlimited for Rs.999/- plan.But only later I came to know that they had cheated me, actually it was 20GB for day and 20GB for night.
Then when I made the bill payment on the correct date, I was levied a fine by MTS saying that I had not done the payment on the correct date. Later after 3 long months of fighting with them(with proof of correct payment date), and taking the matter up to higher authorities they finally agreed their mistake and reversed the fine amount.
Actually I was astonished to hear the call centre lady coolly saying that everyone makes mistakes like this. So if I don’t want the connection for this reason I can very well discontinue with MTS.How will such an unprofessional organization survive in this competitive field?
Later I had my connection terminated and I took tata photon connection which is going great. Whoever is willing to patiently fight with MTS for their rights for months, can go ahead and become their customer.
