Here comes a David Dhawan movie! And it brings a lot of fun, comedy and laugh! This time the funny entertainment comes in the form of Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya.
MPKK is a story of Sammir (Salman Khan), an orthopadic doctor. All the girls who are his patients are mad about him. To avoid them, Sammir always tells them a lie that he is already married!
The next one is Soniya (Katrina Kaif), one of Sammir’s patients. She is a sweet, lovely but she always threatens of attempts to suicide if her wishes are not fulfilled!
Naina (Sushmita Sen) is the nurse of Sammir. She arranges all the work of his and loves Sammir a lot but does not reveal this to Sammir
Pyaare (Sohail Khan) is the neighbour of Soniya. He is a funny, mischeivous guy and wants to be an actor. He too loves Soniya.
The story is very interesting. Sammir falls in love with Soniya. Soniya also starts loving him. When Sammir proposes her, Soniya says that she will marry him only on one condition-she wants to meet his wife which is no one! Sammir doesn’t wanted to lose Soniya so he persuades Naina to be her wife. Naina agrees but then ek jhoot chupane ke liye Sammir and Naina had to say sau jhoot! On the other side, Pyaare keeps on haraasing Sammir. At this stage enters Sammir’s Maa (Bina Kak) who slaps those who dissapoint her. Sammir was not caught in a confusion. So should he say the truth to Soniya that he is not married? If he says the truth, she may commit suicide? On the other hand, the sweet-loving Naina also loves Sammir a lot? So should
Sammir also start loving Naina?
Salman Khan had done a very good role. He looked charming in all the scenes of the movie and proves that he is one of the best actor of India
Katrina Kaif was excellent, sexy and beautiful. Though in her previous movie(Sarkar) she didn’t got enough role, here in MPKK she gets a chance to prove herself as a sucessful actress. And she is indeed sucessful.
Sushmita Sen also looked sexy and beautiful and she has acted very well in this movie. She looked really fantastic in the song ’Lagaa Lagaa Re’.
Sohail Khan was superb. I never thought he was such a good actor. His name would be surely there in Best Actor in a Comedy Role Award
Arshad Wasi, who played the role of Vicky, Sammir’s friend was also superb though he was in a supporting role. Rajpal Yadav was also fantastic. Bina Kak was really in a dynamic role! Ishaa Koppikar and Arbaaz Khan, who were in special apperances were also good.
Himesh Reshammiya’s music was fantastic, even better than his previous movies like Aitraaz, Silsiilay. The songs were also great. Cinematography was also brilliant. The best thing of MPKK was David Dhawan’s direction. His movies really guarentees entertainment unlimited!
On the whole, MPKK is a fun-filled entertainer and really guarentess 100% satisfaction
