Once I went to this malgudi rest in marthahalli, the manager greeted with his(deceptive) wide smile.
the food was very average, it wasnt even warmed up, and I noticed they charged 20bucks more for a standard mineral water. when I enquired in the end to the manager on why they charged double the amount, he gave a standard reply "restuarant price". it was not the replythat botheered me, but they way he replied, having no sense of customer service. his attitude was if you want you eat here with our price eat, else go eat somewhere else. please try to avoid this restuarant at all costs. waste of money. very average food and price is too high for the quality of food they serve, and not to mention the arrogant manager. we need to teach him that customers are not dumb people. he needs to know that he is serving the customers and he has no idea what that means.
