ng pull my hair? Hehe… ok the book was bad. And it sell itself to me completely because of the author’s previous fame from “men are from mars…”
Honestly, what was it? Alright it had lot of good points like cleaning your system with few things which seemed to me like home-remedies. And then through will power… how many of us do not know that it’s all will power which makes a person do what is not to be done n vice versa? Then why mention it on 1st place?
Oh am I furious? Not really… coz the book surely raised my patience level… ;)
I flipped the pages, read its highlights on every page and yeah of course read quite a lot of it too but then WHAT WAS IT?
Dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, testosterone, oxytocin… ahhhhhh… if I knew what they are, would I be reading this book? And since am reading this book I better get lot of solutions than a book full of jargons… ahh do I want to eat Junk food now?? Yes!! Cz honestly, my some serotonin or something has really fallen down n the Junk food are goi bring them back on track!!! lol
And the list of food which is to be eaten n which is not to be eaten… we learnt it when we were in grade II. It would have been betterif more techniques, solutions, some you know equations where we feed in our details and the average result asked us to follow some “real” solutions. Come on… you really want me to give you tips on writing? Or oh you too… were just trying to be bestSELLER.
Ok fine, the book is surely a basic form of diet and exercise which by now is like a common sense to any person. It’s not at all spectacular and maybe I should have a glass of water to calm down… the book suggests it too.
May be, its summer’s heat taking the toll n not really the book.
If someone wants my opinion: The book is a no-no.
