I purchased a product from Meesho. But then I bought it from outside as I have to gift it to one of my friends. So I tried to cancel the order on app. But like other sites we cannot cancel order on Meesho unless and until we receive that product. So while I was cancelling and chatting with one of the executive they messaged me that you can reject the delivery on the spot. So when my order arrived I rejected it and didn’t even share the OTP. But that delivery boy didn’t inform the company and the app was showing that item is delivered. Though I have not received that product. I called the customer care so many times but they were not responding aslo properly. And I lost my money. So beware from this fraud companies. There are many other good sites like Flipkart and Myntra.
