I would like to express my concerns here as I was not getting any response from their customer service even after registering my complaints over phone and email. I purchased this Laptab in the first week of their launch and was exited to have it in the beginning. Everything was okay till last week, and suddenly the display gone - However, it shows the boot-up screen but after that, nothing and goes blank. Also, it has a poor audio, Not at all audible even I increase the volume to 100%.
I called up to their customer care number - Tel: 18605008286, last week and explained my concerns, their representative said that, I will get a call soon from their engineer and will come to my place and rectify the issues. So far, I have not got any call from them after a week. Then, on Last Friday, I sent a mail to info@micromaxinfo.com, and so far not got any response. Also, it was for my surprise that, their customer care works only from 9 am to 6 pm.
I expect them to rectify my concerns on ASAP basis, as I have got my important files already saved in its internal memory and required to use it on urgently basis.
