I joined east campus mindtree as a lead. I was initially overwhelmed to get an opportunity. But when the recruting manager and his team realised that I am a potential candidate, they have created a plot to ruin my career completely and they made sure I never got any work and any project.Out of my experience, never join the east campus projects. Though I was recruited by this manager I feel that this team is not worth for quality work. They are driven only by jealousy, selfishness, preconceived notions and ego to make themselves prosperous by looting company's money and manpower. Beware of traps.
