This is hopeless product as far as main bowl is concern.I purchased this product from Radhika Sales Pradhikaran.Within a span of 18 months I had to replace the bowl twice.The bowl starts getting cracks within a month& gets detorited.There is no warranty on plastic parts& the price is doubled in a year.
