Motorola A768i

I bought this model via employee offer two years back, in November2004.

This model has two big limitations

1. No FM radio

   
   




2. No expandable memory

   
   

Also I noticed the following.

1. The Outlook sync in a non administrative environment is not reliable. Itdoes not work most of the times. May be it will work if the user has lot oftime to explore utilities like SyncML4j. SyncML requires that you install a WebServer and plugin from them.

   
   




2. The settings required for the Internet browser and the Piscel brower is areal pain in the a__. I was never able to configure the Piscel browser to usethe Airtel Live! When ever I open any page it gives the error that the"document is faulty"

   
   




3. No one in the Motorola service is qualified enough to understand theseproblems.

   
   

Except for these the phone is superb. It is a great value for money. May be thenew model is better that this and it has an additional keypad.
