Please dont join Mphasis . people are confusing Mphasis with the brand of HP but let me tell you its the worst company and I don’t know why it is a CMM level 5 company. There is no process , they will give any amount of work and ask you to complete even in 25% of time . There is no job security they have no branch and salary becomes zero after 3 months . I have recently left Mphais as the HR and Manager work hand in hand to squeeze the employees .
There is a policy by which your manager can ask HR to raise a PIP and henceforth you can be asked to resign. I dont know how it is the 6 largest IT Company. There are more unethical things like they have bond for visa processing and if you come on bench then your salary will be zero and if you have to leave you have to pay for the bond LOL ...huh ...you can decide how ethical it is. Also, they don’t disclose onsite salary which is also a unethical practise .
I would request all of you don’t join this company.
