Navi copies our contact list from our phone and stores in their server. If you miss an EMI the you will start getting calls from third party collection agents. They also call your contacts and harass them. They also send you morphed videos to your phone and harass them. This is the experience of me and my friends.
Beware of all these things when you take a loan from Navi. They are worse than chinese apps in harassment.
