Very Sad after a long dispute on email with Niki they don’t reverse back the processing fee taken for recharge such a bad service from the Niki app.
Charging a 1.5% Processing fee is an injustice with the customers of Niki who are using it. No prior intimation was given and the right to being heard of the customer is not considered by them. Also, the Site is very slow which makes it irritative while making payment.
