Have used Ola Cab four times till now. Am sure this is good enough time to make an opinion about a service or to say No Service. Last week had a visa interview at US embassy. Booked cab three days in advance for 4 am to catch a 6:30 am flight. No calls, no confirmations from Ola. Got little edgy around 4:20 am, it was like already late for me. Decided to drive myself to the airport. Around 4:20 am, saw later, there was this SMS saying SORRY OLA screwed up.
Learning is, if you have like a shopping need think of using Ola cab. For something urgent you are better off using any other service provider or better still drive your self as I did. BUT for Heavens sake avoid Ola Service at all cost.
On an earlier occasion, the OLA cab then took ever possible wrong road or turns to drop me to airport. Am sure this jacked up bill exponentially. PS: Ola Cab, please do not call and offer me 5% discount coupon to bully me into removing this review. Take this review as learning and improve your business.
