Suggest everyone not to take Ola Outstation rides. They’ll loot you and there is no customer support (excuse Corona).
Ola drivers have full control to manually enter odometer readings without customer knowledge and they’ll cheat you with this. Now they are not using GPS reading. For Bangalore to Madanapally and return, they charged for 391 KM, whereas google maps show total 250 KM only. Ola dont take any complaints regarding this. Once bill is generated they’ll loot from Customers and dont listen no matter what you tell.
I think Ola downfall started.
Once you start ride, drivers will suggest you to cancel Ola ride and take direct offline package and pay cash. If not taken they’ll loot you by entering incorrect odometer readings without customer knowledge.
