I was cheated by two drivers of ola as money was deducted from my OLA app automatically while the drivers asked to pay separately on their mobile Paytm stating that the money was not received while when I checked later I realized that it was double payment done and ola.customer care are not supporting stating that it’s been 30 days so it’s policy of the company to not refund money then why had the drivers asked for payment separately saying that no money was received. On app 30 day refund time is not mentioned anywhere so in this way I paid 619 twice and 428 twice once to company automatically from app and once to driver on their number, thankfully the payment to drive was done through Paytm while they were asking for cash that why I have proof otherwise there would have been no proof to support this incident. Customer care said that they will not ask the drivers as well. Dates were 13th August 2022 and 15th august 2022.
