Please note this "NEVER JOIN OMNITECH SOLUTIONS" . They don’t pay salaries properly even though the client pay it promptly. They have a attendance system that is garbage and your salary will not be paid if the system fails to mark your attendance.
For any issue with anything no body is accountable and take responsibility. Sometimes salary for the previous month is delayed till almost end of the coming month. Please never ever join this company . God knows what kind of morons are managing it. And by the way they have a service desk and so called HR tickets and when logged there is no response.
The HR don’t know English and they expect you to explain the problem in Hindi. Bullshit company. Those who are already working please start looking somewhere. I don’t think these guys can survive for a long time.
