I made a reservation through Oyo for my cab driver. However, upon his arrival at the hotel, the manager demanded double the booking price. Reluctantly, I allowed my cab driver to pay the extra amount to avoid complicating things and to ensure a smooth journey. Later, I contacted Oyo to address the issue and request a refund. It took two phone calls, each lasting around 30 minutes, to reach a resolution. The first call didnt even result in a callback. Finally, on the second call, a representative agreed to refund the money, but insisted on obtaining my bank details for the transfer. Its frustrating that they can accept payment through credit cards but wont process refunds using the same method. This experience has been quite exasperating.
