No refund , nothing they give. I was booking through Agoda for Oyo hotels but wanted to know few informations so called Oyo but they forced me to booked the hotel through Oyo app saying they will take all responsibilities if something happens about reservation. But it was just the opposite, I paid through my account and completed the booking. But in morning one Oyo representative called and told me again I have to pay at the property as the property is not accepting the online payment. I paid to Deepak Mukherjee for Oyo HR inn hotel Salt Lake 1663 Rs on 8th October, 2023. They told me during check out on 9th October that money will be Refunded but nothing is been refunded until now. I called Oyo, again and again and on 10th November Oyo representative Vishal Kumar ensured refund will take place but nothing is been refunded until now. They are big frauds. They will force you to book through their app and will promise you to take care of everything about the booking but after payment they wouldn’t even answer your call. I think they purposely make people pay twice. Once through Oyo app and once again in property saying they were not aware that property is not accepting online payment so pay at the property again and you will get back the money but in reality by doing this they are making Us fool and taking our hard earned money twice. They are more than frauds , fraud is understatement for them. Please Don’t Go To Oyo Hotels.
