I am given my Handycam for servicing on June 2010 today is 31 August still I have not got the camera, I am getting the answer since 1 month that the Camera has been dispatched by the service centre from Mumbai t will receive within 2 days , till today I have not received it.
When I have called today to the service centre in Kothrud, Pune. They told me I am closing the service centre you please contact the Mumbai service centre - Advanced Electonics, Sanpada , Navi Mumbai and they told me we have ordered for parts still we have not received it, Now I have to go to mumbai to check whether it has been done or to make follow up again.
Worst service. please do not buy Panasonic cameras at all. or else.
