I have visited Paradise at Secunderabad 4-5 times in past 2 months. While the biryani and other dishes are good I feel the place is overrated. This is not to take away from the restaurant. Biryani is the signature dish and what most people eat. It is well worth a visit and the Chicken biryani very is good. The portions are sufficient for 2 if you are not famished. The chicken biryani is better than the mutton and parcel(packed) portions are larger than those served in the restaurant.
Now even Hyderabad house biryani is as good and sometimes better especially if you plan to go on a Sunday when there is a long waiting line at Paradise and all their famed service and ambiance goes out of the window.
