Have worked with Parul University and I have felt that they don’t consider any faculty as their asset, they want labours who don’t ask questions against any wrong steps, I felt they are inhuman people. I was suffering from Asthma and couldn’t take breath and speak properly lectures, I continuously asked to get LWP but they denied for that, why?? Because they had shortage of staff in compare to students. HOD was suffering from superiority complex and got hurt when I couldn’t greet her good morning (even though she was aware about my health issue because I took multiple leaves for that). She tried to stop my salary and annoy me with all her head and toe. Luckily I got support from one authority and got relieved from that cursed job. All the students who are studying or have completed their studies felt that they got defrauded. Faculties from NIT, IIT and MSU need to do clerical work all the time and can’t get enough time to prepare for the lecture., So teaching quality you can imagine. They get good companies to hire their kids but companies in collaboration knows the quality of kids skills.
