I had logged a complaint to peps customer care after multiple calls as the customer care number does not get answered every time or immediately .
complaint gets attended after 10-15 days only to tell us the person will visit for inspection!
Never expected a poor service / customer care response from the largest mattress manufacturer .
If Customer service for a Product value 60k, is attended lousily, does it mean peps-brand value is diminishing .
peps is not worth a buy, product quality is not good & pathetic customer care
