I booked ticket using phone pe-apps-irctc app.
I tried to cancel the ticket, on that time server is down.so I called to customer care. They told that it takes 24 hours time to resolve the issue. But the train departed within in that 24 hours. So I didnt get chance to either cancel/file tdr.
So I lost complete money.

phone pe query ticket number -37914025.(i raised complaint on 19-1-2018, they told that it takes 24 hours)
I called today(22-1-2018) again they are telling 24 hours.
Can anybody suggest how can I complain in online court?.
Let me know your suggestions.
