If u wnt to progress, keep urself away from this company. I will never recommnd photon to anybody. Beware of Photon. Company really need to revive its policies if they r really looking for growth. Are you well skilled, talented person... never try this company... I heard from many friends that this company really sucks.I am one of the current employee of this company.
This company is not up to the mark in all areas including renumeration, work life balance, management, etc.... Thumbs down for it. I am frustrated and I will send my resignation soon. Company is loss making.. only few clients are left.
The main reason is less satisfied employees. Super experience to be a part of worst company you will love the next co you work in! Guys worst place to work in at any level. Bachelors will remain bachelors forever and married people will get divorced as the work life balance is pathetic
