This is to complaint about physiotherapist Navneet Chaursia who has been treating me since last 4 days. Today while giving treatment by IFT machine machine was working but all of sudden it stopped working and he started pushing all buttons and try to fix it. I requested him multiple times to remove the wires from my neck before doing any such experiment and he said nothing will happen don’t worry all of sudden I got a high frequency shock and my body got cold started shivering because the machine button was at the highest frequency level. When I started screaming because of electric shock then only he stopped the machine after almost 7 to 8 seconds seems like he was ignoring it intentionally, Then I got severe pain in my neck due to this and I had to painkiller. Do not recommend
