2- COMFORT AND LONGATIVITY:- They are comfortable for daily use they said. But my shoe faded as I used it regular. It started to lose its original color and charm in the first 3 months.

4- CUSTOMER SUPPORT:- Customer service when I complained about my product said that guidelines of the goods are applicable when purchased from the puma store and they didn’t gave me any solution. And online website didn’t replied. This was disappointing
