I am at last decide to share my Review about Company as I was working here for last 3 year .
There is a lot of politics inside the company. Company has good project but good and challenging doesnot means you are have good time they take the project from elance and at last fu_k the developer.
The company owner is lady , I think who is really sick and need to improve there policy and should definitely change her upper management.
They hire on the basis of project, and Fire you when its done or when they find anyone who can works on your behalf.
They does provide the cab facility but you never know that you get it or not.
Company hr abhilasha is good at work to hire the candidate by promise and telling the candidate about the facilities and environment which does not even ever exist in the company
They will cut a huge amount from your salary as Variable , but when the time come to return the amount company says company is in loss so you will only get it 30 to 40 % of the variable amount.
If you want to leave the organization then you will never get the variable and bonus amount. They will do whatever possible (they will not give your last salary, does not Give you relieving letter)so that you cannot leave the company.
Sameer the manager in the company , but actually he is really novice who does not even know about how to handle the team , he make you always think why you have join this company .
He is such a shameless guy and don’t have any respect in the company as a manger.
He talk very rubbish and behave with u like class 4 labour.
If you are very good at your work and share with him that you are looking for long term relationship with the company, then he make u fire from the company to save his position in the company.
For Fresher they filled the bond of 2 years just because they are not having a good environment to work and always afraid that employee will not leave the company.
I am sharing you the reference of the past employees so that you can get to know the real scenario.
