They don’t understand value of customer. Just responding same content copy/paste. They are running advertisement payment gateway for the freelancer but when freelancer is signup they are not ready to proceed further suspended account without any intimation. Now if you are asking for settlement of amount so they are holding for 120 days and if you will ask refund the amount to customer account by using same payment method so they are also not ready to do it.
