While cancelling a ticket, they prompt for rescheduling the date. And I preponed the travel. Later I came to know that my family can not travel due to medical emergency. Then I am trying to cancel the ticket. It prompts that rescheduled tickets can not be cancelled.
My biggest question is WHY?
And unable to contact them as their site shows only the chat bot without comment editor. Just we have to pick an option. This is bullshit and a way of looting our money.
If I have booked the ticket for the preponed date by cancelling old ticket(i.e. without rescheduling), I would have got the money.
I thought rescheduling option for user friendliness, but it is a way of looting money for them.
