Refund in my Bank Account and not in Redbus Wallet

I booked seat for Mumbai to Nanded on 21.10.2018 on Redbus app. accordingly I made payment of Rs. 2, 253/- but 5 minutes after booking ticket, I received message from redbus that " your booking is failed" . Then immediately I put request for Refund.   On 24.10.2018 redbus put the said amount in my redbus wallet, on same day I requested to Redbus to refund my amount in my bank account, accordingly I provide my bank details to them and asked them in how many days will it take to refund the amount in my bank account on which Redbus replied that the amount will be credited in your bank account in 7 bank Working days, Since then(24.10.2018) I am calling redbus to refund my amount but they deliberately avoiding refund of my amount. Now it is 12 th day but till date my amount is not credited. Today, I called Redbus team but their reply is as usual, they replied that your amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 bank working days. what should I do??
