I bought LG refrigerator from Reliance Digital Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
It had a broken egg tray and a dent on the freezer door when unpacking. I asked the store, they mentioned I need to buy a new egg tray and they can’t do anything about the dent.
Double check at the time of unpacking and do not sign on the ’delivered sheet’ if there is something wrong.
