I am using jio from around 2 years .when I was in my vilage there was no problem of jio service when I am outside the room but when I tried to connect the internet it shows 4G network on my screen but does not give speed .so I called the customer care no .and tild them problem .they told me that you are in a non 4G area though it is a 4G area.the problem didn’t solved.now I am in kolkata and I am living in a hostel and my room is in ground floor .I have a jio pack running .so when I tried to connect internet here the same problem arise in the room but outside room is ok.then I called again and now they told me that I am in a 4G area but in a low signal area.and the problem didnt solved.
