I just wanted to draw your attention towards the issue occurred. For two months I am trying to reach reliance customer care and Secretariat office to resolve this issue but most of the time executives disconnect the call and when it get connects they tell one and the other reason(saying we cant help you Since bill is generated)
On all the calls customer care executives raise the complains but no action taken.
Issue: In September 2015 I went to reliance outlet in Bangalore to terminate the netconnect+. The outlet people told you will get a call from customer care they will help you out. I got call and they explained the process and told about a plan that we will give you 2GB plan for 3 months but they didnt tell about this plan TnC whether this plan is limited or unlimited. So I kept on using this. And now in December 2015 I got bill of INR 2095.
Now these people are keep on dragging this issue and telling waivers not possible.

Being in a service company I know the process of solving queries but the respective customer cares not at all bothering of this criticality.
In short worst experience ever with the customer care. They are not at all listening the customer and talking so rudely.
Will never ever recommend anyone to take this companys dongle.completly unhappy with the product n services.
