Dear support team,
I visited your Gurgaon workshop "NCR RENAULT ATUL KATARIA CHOWK".
ISSUE - not getting a voice in car speaker while we connect car Bluetooth with a mobile phone and taking the Phone call only mic work. But the speaker working fine with media and FM.
When I raise my concern. Your team said that we are taking charge of hourly charges of diagnosis is 675 per hr. They demand you can pay 1800+ for 2.5 hrs. also, they said "we require your car for the whole day" for diagnosis.
if my issue diagnosis in 45-60 min, then why I pay for 2.5 hrs charges?
I am not happy with the advice of the service advisor.
Please look into this matter.
