Poor customer service and customer rights

If you think that revv offers a better price compared to similar services (zoom car) then please read this review before booking your order. They have poorly described policies for customer rights - any fault from customer side is charged, but absolutely no policies when the fault lies with the company. Ex. When car is returned late by customer, penalty of ₹50 per 15minutes; but no such penalties when the company delivers the car late. I say this because the car was delivered late to us by 1 hour, and pick-up was delayed by 15 minutes. They charge exorbitantly if free mileage is slightly exceeded (20km charged us ₹200) or for small fuel difference (1 bar charged more than ₹500). After all this, the cars they provide are poorly maintained. In our case the brake fluid was low (very dangerous) and suspension arm bushing damaged.
