Please do not go for an interview in this company. They will take around 9 rounds and then say that you have not been selected even though you have performed very well. And they give presentations like his on phone that it is very big company and when reach and see the company environment it is, so pathetic.
I had travel 2 hours from Noida to Gurgaon to give this interview not selecting reasons are as follows:
They cannot give you the salary as you are expecting according to your experience in IT sector.
Firstly they take 2 telephonic rounds.
Then they call you for F2F rounds or to consultancy (from where you are communicating with them) without updating that how many rounds they will take.
I had given two telephonic rounds and then 6 F2F technical rounds which make candidate pathetic and irritated with this procedure which I have faced.
In others company I have experience that if you failed in any round, HR immediately update you for non selection, so there is no wastage of candidate’s time.
From very first starting point HR told me if you fail in any round then "I will say leave for the day" That means you have not been selected and you can go home.
They have taken 4 rounds of the interviews and I feel so exhausted.
Then I had given 5th round to a foreigner named Tim at last said "Make him stop in this company" then I feel good that I have cleared all the technical rounds.
HR rounds started again where they have told me about salary structure and company benefits.
Then one more HR round which has conducted by head HR. He talked about my family details and backgrounds.
I don’t know what they think is going on in his mind he said to me at last you call Lady HR who is communicating with me all time in this process to get more information about company I said "ok if I need any info. I will call".
The Day was Monday and She have called me on Friday says that You haven’ t been selected then I had said if was not selected then you should update at the time of the interview. Why you are telling now? She says This is company process bla bla bla then I had said that "at very starting points you(HR) specify me if I will not clear any round I have to leave for day that means I am not selected" .
Around 5 hours I have given interview now you all think how pathetic these people are.
Conclusion:
Main reason in my way that they want to give too much work load in very less salary package.
Total wastage of time and your work on that interview day. After performing in interviews and my experience told me that I deserved salary package what I had said.
