I purchased a Honda byke from SMS Honda, Tarakeswar on 15/06/2016. I got Non-user friendly Service from this authorised Honda Dealer. Firstly I want to say about its Finance. I purchased my byke through HDFC finance. It took about 7 days to confirm my Finance. I just went every day to this Dealer to get updates about my Finance but they didn’t help me. Its a pathetic experience. I got four free service from from the dealer But when I claim free service then they took charges for service from me. Then I claimed it to Honda support center but they didn’t take any action for SMS HONDA Tarakeshwar. The numbers of Staff is very less here. It generally took around 5-6 hours for servicing. They promised me to give all papers of my bike in after 2 month but they gave me after 4 months. So they don’t maintain Timeliness. So I think SMS HONDA TARAKESHWAR is not a perfect choice for purchasing any Honda Byke. That’s my opinion.
