BEST DEVICE FOR GAMING AND NORMAL USE'S

A21 Ive been a loyal user of a trusty Note 3 since its release in 2013 at the time the Note 3 was above and beyond any device on the market, and was truly one of the first smartphones powerful enough to do almost anything you needed, away from a desktop PC. The Note 4 was a great device, but too close to the Note 3 to upgrade. The 5 was arguably a step backwards with the small battery and no expandable storage. We didnt get a 6, and when the 7 was announced, it seemed to be the absolute perfect phone in all regards for Note users, until its unfortunate battery woes. I wondered how the Note range could really get any better, and truely expected the Note 8 to just be a rereleased 7.But somehow Samsung have delivered something well and truely futuristic with the Note 8. All the classic productivity features honed from the Note range are here, refined and evolved to a hugely usable degree from SPen functionality, to creative use of screen real estate. But everything is taken to another level with the design language of the infinity display, tuned to work without hindering SPen users. The outstanding ergonomics in hand, allowing huge usable screen area from a superbly manageable screen width. And the move to USBC and adaptive fast charging, bolstered by fast wireless charging, all without sacrificing the stillrelevant headphone port. From a honed Note user, all these factors were huge real world plus points and not marketing gimmicks at all. This is more than enough for any power user, and as a Note series fan, I was thrilled to move to this handset as an upgrade. But then we get the ace card on the Note 8 the superb dual camera setup. I took this phone on a trip overseas and used it as my sole device, from navigation, to communication, and photography, as the Note 3 had served honorably in the past and the ease and speed of this device just blew everything else away. But all the friends on my trip were blown away by the quality of the holiday snaps I was capturing on the Note 8, from effortless low light snaps, to detailed 2x telephoto crops, to the stunning live focus portraits I was taking. They actually were exasperated using their phones and small cameras to do what the Note 8 was doing with ease. All of this while amazingly lasting all day while out and about, whilst everyone walked around like wired zombies, plugged into back up powerbank batteries all day I seriously doubted 3300mah being enough for this phone to be usable all day I was wrong. All of them Android users and iPhone users alike are now looking to upgrade to the Note 8 without me acting as salesman at all. The Note 8 sold itself and thats when you know you have something special in your hand. The only thing I could complain about The glass back. In the interests of durability, Id love for Samsung to switch back to a tough polycarbonate, or other material, that might make the device a bit more hardy. Even frosted glass would be a great option to guard against scratches and slipperiness in hand. Also, Id love for a thicker handset by a millimetre or two, to fit a 4000mah battery at least. I really think those two features would seal the deal on this phones overall design. And sure, it is a bit expensive. But you do get a lot of tech for your money.Ive enjoyed every second owning this phone and am still discovering more of its potential every day. In todays connected society, where we rely on a mobile companion by our side to give us the best experience possible the Note 8 disappears into the moment and never holds back on whats happening in your life its something I have not had the joy of experiencing from a mobile device until now. And when we spend so much time relying on a phone every day why would you spend on anything lessI look forward to having the Note 8 as my trusty companion for a while to come yet and if you consider it as your next device, you will absolutely not be disappointed dont be surprised to find yourself right back here freely writing a review just like this one
