My Samsung Microwave oven rotating plate broken, so I have called on Samsung tollfree number and I have ordered for rotating plate. they have registered my order, I got a call from service center and he said he will bring in 3 or 4 days, but now 7 days over and he has not turned up. Since 4 days I am trying to call him but he is not picking my call. When I called with other number then picked my call and saying some reason. This is the kind of service Samsung is giving. They are not at all bothered about the customer. So I request don’t buy Samsung Microwave oven please. Whirlpool products or LG products are best.
