My experience with Samsung Service
My washing machine was malfunctioning and raised a complaint.
The request was assigned to PVR Enterprices in Pammal, Chennai and attended on 21/12/2023.
I paid a total Rs 7630 which included PCB Board service.
Since then the machine is not working properly and again
the service person came and took the board again.
Today I tried to talk to the PVR Enterprise over phone, but it
keeps on engaged for hours.
They record our calls. And they never call you back on seeing the missed call.
Already 20 days gone without washing machine. I don’t know when they will fix it.
There is no escalation point. Customer care number not working. Wrote to support.india@samsung.com, got no acknowledgment. No accountability. Super.
We should never buy a product, if good service is not available.
