Second visit to the place on 14th of feb’ 2009. Noticed changes drastically. I got the following:-
Bad service! -> Made me sit on a dirty table(with all used cutlery and dirty napkins) for almost 10 mins.
Rude staff! -> Service staff didn’t bother cleaning up the table, inspite of my repeated requests. Asked for water took almost half n hr to get a glass of water.
Dirty cutlery! ->When pointed to dirty quarter plate. There was no replacement at all!
Got an excuse from the manager that its too crowded today, wont happen next time. What next time was he talking about? In short, they make sure to do everything to spoil ones mood and day.
