Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have enrolled and completed the assessments for ITIL MPT training. But still the team from Simplilearn did not provided the exam voucher to me. I have raised multiple support request and spoke to their Helpdesk agents multiple times, no one is providing any proper information.
As they failed to provide the exam voucher I also asked for refund of the whole amount which I have paid for the certification even for this request there is no response from the team.
As the certification is going to expire I will have to enroll asap.
