We had a very horrible experience with this so called doctor Aditya Narayan Kaushik who practices homeopathy in this reputed hospital. He claimed that he could treat my dads neurodegenerative condition, yet there was no wheelchair ramp for the same in his department. I dont care if its the fault of the management . But how on earth can someone expect an almost bedridden patient to climb 4-5 stairs and come to his office .
He humiliated my mother on phone and hung up on her when she tried to explain that my dad has got an ulcer in foot and he cannot walk at all. She pleaded if he could see us on videocall, but instead of just saying a simple no, he didnt even allow my mom to talk and hung up on her.
Another experience was my own when we realized that the pills he gave were less than what he had prescribed and all of a sudden my dad could not prepare himself to go and climb those stairs. So I went myself to ask how this could have happened and if possible ask for replenishment. Instead of listening to me, he humiliated me and refused to accept his/his staffs fault. Infact in the next visit my mom found out that it was his staffs fault.
How can his behavior be justified at all.
I really hope that the hospital management takes some action.
Meanwhile I would recommend others to never ever visit him. There are much better, empathic, real doctors to go to.
