Ever since I remember(I am now 58 years old), when I ever I had mouth ulcer, I have used Smyle. Its effect is magical; the ulcer vanishes in two days maximum!
It has a pleasant taste and aroma which is important because when one is trying to put an ointment into mouth, tongue resists!
I think it is an Ayurvedic product and has no side-effect.
Well, really I do not know of any alternative brand as I did not find the need to seek other brand. You seek an alternative only when there is something missing. Smyle is entirely satisfactory!
