I don’t think snapdeal have a really good service.I ordered a book from snapdeal but it came one day late from the given time.However when i complaint about that they told me to provide the book within 48 hours.
This is also true that they provide products at a cheap rate which is good but thier delivery isn’t good.When i received the book it wasn’t in a good condition, it was torn from one side, being a book lover i really dont like if someone mishandle the book like this!
I guess that was the book owners mistake with whom snapdeal had a contract with, but they should once ensure that costumer would like that product or not.
The only thing that i found lacking was in their delivery services, else it can be a really good store for shopping.
