Dear Friends, Hi I am Neeraj, I have gone to Manali on 17th Jan in 2016 & Did the Booking of this Hotel thru Makemytrip.
Well Here is my Experience.
We Reached the Hotel in the morning around 8 Am, Volvo was late. Then we took the Taxi and reached the Hotel. It is lil bit far from mall road but anyhow no probs. Then on the Reception we welcomed with a Drink I believe Fanta Lol. Then they have asked our Booking receipt and told us that they have upgraded our booking.
I & my wife was so excited we got extra benefit in same price. But here comes the true story when we reached in our room. It was like Oh no it was average looking & door lock was totally broke already.
Room was so close all in one row, We can clearly hear the fighting between a couple for two days in night time. Even we did a complain also on reception to solve this problem as we are getting disturbance we were with child.
Anyhow we survived in Snow valley resort for 5 Days.
Food was average not up to the Mark. Room quality was also average.
But Resort having big space, Garden, Play ground for kids.
They charged little bit extra because I believe that was off season & we booked thru makemytrip not directly.
We hired a Bike also not from hotel but from market, Well note that go to mall road for bike renting.
But I advice if your budget is good look for another Resorts also in same price.
