Great product on the whole, on complaints about its working, through I must say the interface is quite crude . For example in windows when you copy stuff from one location to another in case thereare items with the same names already present in the target folder you can either skip or replace . I was skeptical buying something sony doesnt really manufacture or have before . Sure there are different HDD inside but sony has improved it tremendously . I have used other HDD brands and this one was more than just satisfactory .
